Nothing is charged today.

What happens

Three simple steps.

Your link lets you understand everything before you provide a payment method.

  1. 01

    Review

See your appointment details, the terms, and the fee that could apply before you agree.

  2. 02

    Secure

Agree to the terms and securely save a payment method through Stripe. Nothing is charged today.

  3. 03

    Show up

In most cases, that’s it. If something happens that is covered by the agreed terms, your provider’s office reviews the circumstances before deciding whether to charge.

Clear and fair

You know the terms before you agree.

Your provider’s office reserves time, staff, and space for your visit. SureAppoint makes the expectations around that reserved time clear before the appointment.

Before you agree

Clear terms. Clear possible fee.

The terms and possible fee are shown before you agree. Securing your appointment does not create a charge. If a fee applies later, it cannot be more than the amount shown in the terms you accepted.

A person reviews what happened

Your provider’s office – not SureAppoint – makes the decision.

If something happens, your provider’s office reviews the circumstances before deciding whether to charge. SureAppoint does not automatically decide to charge you.

Secure payment information

No. Saving a payment method does not charge you today or create an automatic fee. There is no charge simply for securing your appointment.

When could I be charged?

Only if something happens that is covered by the terms you accepted. Your provider’s office reviews the circumstances before deciding whether a fee should be charged.

Who decides whether I’m charged?

Your provider’s office makes that decision—not SureAppoint. SureAppoint does not independently or automatically decide to charge you.
